One of the primary causes of the shortage in social housing is the current funding model.

Given current market conditions, funding structures are uncertain, with fewer government grants available to fund house building.

This seminar will cover the key issues facing social and affordable housing, funding and the opportunities and potential solutions offered by Real Estate Investment Trusts in addressing the shortage of housing in this sector.
