Before submitting a request for funding, please complete the Houses4Homes Needs Assessment Survey through which we are assessing the requirements of local authorities for supported, social and extra care living accommodation.

Using the forms below, local authorities and housing providers can submit a request for funding* either for an existing property or a new build project.
